Filiz Telek

Co-founder, Women Are Medicine & Grief and Death Wisdom Community

Filiz is a seeker and student of Love, listening deeply to the spirit of the times and the soul of the Earth on the path of self-knowing. Her encounter with the practice of circle in 2002 revealed her life purpose, and ever since, she has been wholeheartedly sharing the precious gifts life has offered her, guided by the vision that “another world is possible.”

In 2010, she began a personal healing journey, led by the call and guidance of the feminine essence she reconnected with. In 2013, she planted the seeds of Women Are Medicine, a healing circle she envisioned and continues to hold space for women who are willing to embrace the responsibility of their own gifts and powers.

In addition to women’s circles, Filiz has been exploring grief and death since 2012. She facilitates grief circles and is a student of Stephen Jenkinson’s Orphan Wisdom School. She is also the author of the book Women Are Medicine and a co-founder of the Women Are Medicine platform.
